Choose your certificate from the list and click on <\/span><strong>Complete<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button on the right side:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ssls.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/exch13-1.png\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter a path to the existing folder on your computer where the certificate file is stored:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ssls.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/exch_13_2.png\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pending request is successfully completed now. The status of the certificate will be changed from <\/span><strong>Pending request<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to <\/span><strong>Valid<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the <strong>Certificate<\/strong> menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Important<\/strong>: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you need to secure the Exchange services such as IIS (for OWA, Outlook Anywhere, ActiveSync, etc.), POP, IMAP or SMTP, your certificate needs to be manually enabled for them. Select the certificate from the certificate list and click <\/span><strong>Edit<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ssls.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/exch13-3.png\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the next step, click <\/span><strong>Services<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the left and check the services you would like to secure with the certificate. Usually, IIS (Outlook Web Access, Active Sync) and SMTP are selected by default:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ssls.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/exch13_4.png\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A warning may appear asking if you want to overwrite the existing\/default certificate.
