some domain registrars will add example.com automatically, which causes domain name duplication when your Host value already contains a domain name.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure to add Target value in 1 line, it may be 2 lines when you copy it.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"http\"><strong>Switch to HTTP domain control validation&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Note<\/em><\/strong><em>: Starting from October 21, 2021, HTTP-based method will no longer be available to choose for Wildcard certificates<\/em> <em>during the <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssls.com\/knowledgebase\/okay-so-i-ordered-an-ssl-how-do-i-get-it-to-work-on-my-domain\/\"><em>SSL activation process in your SSLs.com account<\/em><\/a><em>. From October 21 to November 15, you\u2019ll be able to switch your Wildcard SSL to HTTP validation via Sectigo Online Checker. On company validation you can read more here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssls.com\/knowledgebase\/ov-ssl-certificate-validation-check-list\/\">OV checklist<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssls.com\/knowledgebase\/okay-i-ordered-an-ev-ssl-whats-next\/\">EV checklist<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Status Checker provides more information on what exactly is pending and what you need to do next.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"clbck_stat\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Callback Status<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>This option shows whether your company phone number has been verified. Agreement Email<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Choose this to resend the Agreement email for your Extended Validation SSL to your specified email address. You can also change the email address you want it sent to.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:image --><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ssls.com\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/resend_click_through.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><!-- \/wp:image --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Once your business verification details have been checked, your order will be forwarded to the <b>Second Approval<\/b> team at Sectigo for the final review.
