You may receive a refund if you submit the request within 90 days of the certificate purchase if the SSL certificate has not yet been issued.
If your certificate was issued within this 90-day period, you can receive a refund within 15 days of the date the SSL was issued.
Note! Fees will be refunded in the form credit in your SSLs.com account.

Refund for an additional domain (SAN)
It is only possible to receive a refund for an additional domain if it has not been used (activated) yet. If the additional domain (SAN) was activated, it cannot be refunded separately from the certificate itself.
