You may receive a refund if you submit the request within 90 days after the certificate purchase.
If your certificate was issued within this period, you can receive a refund within 15 days since the issuance date.
Note! Fees will be refunded in the form of your SSLs.com account credit.

Refund for an additional domain (SAN)
It is possible to receive a refund for an additional domain only if it was not used (activated) yet. If the additional domain (SAN) was activated, it cannot be refunded apart from the certificate itself.
